Apprenticeship scheme

The St Mungo's Apprenticeship Scheme provides a career pathway into the homeless sector for people who have personally experienced homelessness.

It offers apprentices the opportunity to gain the skills and experience needed to equip them to work in our frontline services and within the sector. It is also another way we aim to involve clients in our work and improve and develop our recovery-focused services.

The Apprenticeship Scheme is open to anyone based in London who has personally experienced homelessness. To succeed on the scheme, you will need passion and commitment, empathy towards homeless people and basic administration skills (including literacy and numeracy skills) and in return you should 'graduate' with a Level 2 Apprenticeship in Health and Social Care.
