How do I change or cancel my direct debit?

If you would like to change any details about your direct debit please give us your name and address, along with a brief description of what you need to change. Types of changes include:

• Change of address
• Increasing or decreasing monthly amount donated
• Cancellation of monthly direct debit - You will also need to inform your bank of your intention to cancel your regular payment to St Mungo's
• Change in bank details - please inform us of the new details even if you have completed an automatic transfer through your bank
