Yes. Most of our hostels will accept donations on behalf of our clients. Many homeless people come to us with a limited number of possessions including clothing. This is often the case with the majority of homeless men and women who come into our emergency shelters in the first step towards coming off the streets.
We are extremely grateful to receive your kind donations as it does go some way towards helping our clients in their recovery from homelessness.
You can donate items of clothing directly to a hostel or emergency shelter by making direct contact with them.
You can also donate good quality items of clothing (suits, blouses, shirts, trousers) - suitable for clients attending job interviews, to St Mungo's Employment Team
For security reasons, the contact details of our women only projects are not listed on our website or in any of our publications. If you have items of women's clothing that you wish to donate to them, please contact info@mungos.org or get in touch with one of our mixed hostels (as above).
Unfortunately we are not always able to pick up donated items and therefore ask, where possible, that you contact the nearest hostel to you and arrange a time to take your donated items in.
