Bernard, Michael and Kat took on the Bath Half Marathon and raised £448.94 for St Mungo's project, Mulberry House and Mews. Mulberry House and Mews is a supported living project for adults living with and recovering from mental health issues.
As part of ‘Random Acts of Kindness Week' Jennifer Connolly from The Great Exhibition Pub, Dulwich took on the challenge of hula hooping! Jennifer asked people to donate £2 to guess how long she could hoop for, incredibly she managed to hoop for 6 hours, raising over £200!
Oxted Church raised over £1,300 for St Mungo's by holding special offerings over the Christmas period. A big thank you to all the congregation!
Nick Robson and his friends from university got involved in our Christmas collections by singing carols for us at Euston station, raising £154.43 for St Mungo's.
The aim of university RAG jail breakers is to get as far away in the world as possible with nothing but their wits to get by. Paul from Durham University took up this challenge and raised £205 for St Mungo's!
Pupils from The John Fisher School put their hats on to help homeless people on Woolly Hat Day and raised an amazing £819.05
David took on the challenge of competing in the Virgin Active London Triathlon. As well as finishing 8th in his group he manage to raise over £13,000!
The Chograshi brothers (Kike, Nono and David) took on their own challenge, swimming an amazing 35,000m for St Mungo's, raising just over £700.
July '12 - Dulwich Prep School
The Middle and Upper School boys at Dulwich Prep had their annual Funday event in July, during which everyone wore Jubilee themed fancy dress and each class held a stall. The day raised an excellent £300 for St Mungo's, and a favourite stall was Soak the Teacher! Well done to everyone involved!
June '12 - Katie WilkinsonKatie recently completed the BUPA 10K and is also doing the Royal Parks Half for us in October. So far she has raised a fantastic £655. She works at Marketforce (where we are their charity of the year). Read more about Katie's fundraising.
May '12 - Rita and Bart Rita and Bart recently skydived to raise over £900 for St Mungo's. Bart said "it's very hard to find correct words to describe the whole experience, and it's difficult to believe that it actually happened. It was brilliant, above everything I've experienced in my life!"
April '12 - Bill CarpenterBill ran the Bath half marathon in March this year, with his daughter Flo and raised a fantastic £849.20 for St Mungo's. Read more about why Bill and his daughter ran for us.
March '12 - Helena and RichardHelena and Richard Smalman Smith completed the Talisker Whisky Atlantic Challenge 2011 and rowed across the Atlantic Ocean in 75 days raising a whopping £7,096 for St Mungo's! Read more about their amazing challenge.
