Is face-to-face fundraising regulated?

Yes. The Public Fundraising Regulatory Association (PFRA) is a self-regulatory body, of which St Mungo's is a member. The PFRA ensures face-to-face fundraising is carried out to the highest possible standard and all charity members follow their Code of Practice.

St Mungo's fundraisers are mystery shopped by the PFRA almost every week, and we are currently averaging a 97% satisfaction rate in our mystery shopping scores.
