Fundraising materials

Collection tins - If you're organising a collection and would like to order some collection tins, complete our collection tin agreement form . Allow plenty of time so we can get your tins to you before your fundraising day.

You can also order fundraising materials such as balloons, t-shirts and key rings by completing our fundraising event form. Email your completed form to events@mungos.org or return it by post to:
