Lloyds TSB Foundation

Lloyds TSB Foundation is continuing to fund St Mungo's vital work with young offenders at the HMP Feltham Prison. The Floating Support Worker supports young offenders aged 18-21 from pre to post release who are homeless and require assistance in accessing new or previously existing accommodation, or with returning to the family home. By starting this support in the prison the specialist Floating Support Worker is able to build relationships with the young offender, their relatives, and all those involved in their resettlement. Re-offending rates have dropped to 23% compared to the national average of 78% for this age group engaged in this project.
