Lambeth offers an extensive drug treatment system to support people, but many of them either don't want to engage with these services or don't know how to access them. The Lambeth Mobile Harm Reduction and Needle Exchange Service aims to engage these ‘hard to reach' people, and offer much needed information, advice & routes into healthcare, substance treatment or housing.
We are looking for volunteers who can support information sessions taking place and on an outreach basis and help encourage people to act safer in their drug use and consider routes away from using & homelessness. You will be providing literature & advice on safer drug use. Full training and support will be provided in this new and exciting volunteer role.
This opportunity is currently full. Please check back for further opportunities.
