VoiceMail4All Volunteers
VoiceMail4All offers a free 020 voicemail number to homeless people in Greater London and beyond. For people without a home or phone, a VoiceMail4All number provides a secure, reliable and confidential way to keep in contact with important people in their lives. People are also given a 0808 message retrieval number, which means they can pick up their messages for free from any payphone or landline.
In addition to our accommodation projects, VoiceMail4All is offered at numerous agencies around London such as the Salvation Army, London City Mission and the Cardinal Hume Centre. Many of these Partner Projects do not currently have the staffing levels necessary to devote the time and dedication this programme deserves. We are therefore looking for volunteers from all backgrounds to help our Partner Projects register clients. Volunteers from Eastern European countries are particularly welcome.
