Recruitment Process for Volunteers

Internal Training

Once we receive your completed application, we will acknowledge you and let you know when our next information and volunteer recruitment workshop is. Our workshop and information days are held on Saturdays and take place throughout the year. Our application process is designed to help you as a potential volunteer, and us as an organisation, find out whether volunteering at St Mungo's is right for you. Our aim is to exchange information, and provide everyone with an opportunity to make an informed decision.

When completing the online application on the current vacancies page it is important that you:

  • Complete all sections of the online form
  • Tell us about the skills and experience you have to offer. Consider experience you have gained outside work, e.g. through voluntary experience or personal interests, as well as experience at work.
