Reporting to our residents 

Every year we publish a report telling our residents and the Tenant Services Authority how St Mungo's has performed.

This year the report focusses on:

• Tenant involvement and empowerment
• Home
• Tenancy
• Neighbourhood and community
• Value for money
• Governance and financial viability

The report also identifies things we will improve in the year to come, so that we can make our services even better. The report it put together with the support of Outside In, and independent group run by and for St Mungo's clients.
