This is skilful ongoing work and usually uncovers information that others may not have been told; we then put together a personalised programme of activities.
We work with a wide range of providers and employers and know of many opportunities, including training, volunteering, work placements and jobs. We help hundreds of people every year to move into a wide variety of jobs.

Job search
- Supervised job search in a drop-in area
- One-to-one job coaching
- Into work benefits calculation and budgeting
- Literacy and numeracy support

- Workshops to increase self-confidence
- CV writing. This is more than just the written document. Done correctly and this leaves clients feeling very good about themselves and with a clear idea how to present themselves at interview

- Advice on disclosing convictions to employers
- Help and advice to set up a business or social enterprise
- Access to specialist legal advice
- Collecting I.D, how to get a bank account and gather references
Access to a wide range of vocational training, including:
- British Institute of Cleaning Science (BICSc) Qualification
- The Construction Skills Certification Scheme (CSCS) card training

- Warehouse, health and safety, manual handling, recycling, tail lift, reversing vehicles etc
