The Chrysalis Project - south London women only project
The Chrysalis Project provides housing and support to homeless, drug-using, female sex workers in the London Borough of Lambeth.
This accommodation-based service provides a total of 32 bed-spaces across 3 sites, offering a progressive range of housing and support services.
Our Recovery orientation is woven throughout our approach, and explicitly recognises the need to work in partnership with women to identify their abilities, and aspirations and to respect, support and maintain hope for their future.
The Chrysalis Project is a partnership between London Borough of Lambeth, St Mungo's and Commonweal Housing.
The Chrysalis Project is a dynamic and creative community which harnesses personal ambition, whilst offering both practical and challenging opportunities for women to change their lives.
We offer a comprehensive and progressive support service, designed to assist in building self-esteem and optimism alongside enabling progress toward exiting sex working and substance dependency.
Each element of the service is designed to promote positive change and enable women to identify and work towards achieving their long-term aspirations.
