In London - our outreach teams work in the boroughs of Hackney, Southwark, Westminster and Ealing. We manage housing and community support projects across 19 boroughs in the capital, as well as some London-wide schemes.

Southern and South West England Regions - we manage services in Bath, Bristol, Oxfordshire, Reading and Hertfordshire. These include street outreach, health and wellbeing services, skills and employment services and complex needs housing.

We work in four prisons across the south, and with partner providers and organisations on projects across England such as VoiceMail4All
