London Triathlon - 7-8 August

Be part of the world's largest triathlon and raise money to help homeless people turn their lives around.

Held on the closed roads of London, the Triathlon is perfect for adrenaline enthusiasts of all levels. Combining swimming, cycling and running all in one day at the Royal Victoria Dock in London, this is an incredible event with over 8,000 people taking part.

About the triathlon

A triathlon is a challenge event comprised of three parts - a swim, cycle and run. There are three categories that you can compete in, which consist of different distances:

  • Super Sprint Distance - 400m (swim) / 10km (bike) / 2.5km (run)
  • Sprint Distance - 750m / 20km / 5km
  • Olympic Distance - 1500m / 40km / 10km
  • Team Racing

Whether you choose to do it all by yourself, or in a team of three doing a leg each, it will be an incredible experience.
