Help us change lives
The number of people sleeping rough on London's streets is rising - up by almost 500 at the last count, to an astonishing 3,472. People sleeping rough is the most obvious face of homelessness. But for many, finding a bed for the night is just the beginning.
Last year, we worked with over 1,370 rough sleepers and other vulnerable people on the streets. We moved 450 people from rough sleeping into accommodation. And when the weather took a turn for the worse, we also opened four emergency shelters, providing shelter, warmth, food and support to rough sleepers when it was needed most.
But our services don't stop there - once under a St Mungo's roof, our specialist healthcare, training and employment teams are dedicated to helping homeless people recover from their experiences and really turn their lives around for good.
With your help we can change the lives of many more homeless people this year. You can show your support by making a donation, click on 'Donate online now' at the top of the page. Or click here to find out other ways you can support our work with homeless people.
