Homelessness - milestones, achievements, ongoing challenges

Charles Fraser, Chief Executive of St Mungo's, has been working in the homelessness sector for 30 years.

For the 10th anniversary issue of CONNECT magazine, the magazine of national organisation Homeless Link, he was asked what he thinks have been the sector's biggest milestones over the last decade and the new challenges facing homelessness services.
